When you subscribe, submit a form, request a color match, leave a comment where available, or contact me through chat or email, you may share your name, email address, phone number, message, and other details you choose to provide. Color-match requests may include a photo and information about your makeup preferences. Please only share information needed for your request.
Information collected when you visit
The website and its service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring links, approximate location, and interactions with site features or advertisements. Cookies and similar technologies help the website function, remember choices, measure traffic, and support advertising. Security and hosting tools may also keep technical logs to protect the site and troubleshoot problems.
How information is used

My presets and other websites
I sell digital photo presets through stacysmartpresets.com. That is a separate storefront. Purchases, checkout, payment processing, and order-related data are handled through the shop and its providers under the policies shown there. This page describes stacysmart.com; it does not replace the shop’s privacy policy or purchase terms. Other retailers and linked websites also have their own policies.
Your choices and requests
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails. You may still receive messages needed to respond to an inquiry or support an order. Use cookie controls where available, and your browser settings to manage or delete cookies; blocking some cookies can affect site features.

The period varies by the type of information and service involved. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website, email, or online storage system can guarantee complete security. Service providers may process information outside your state or country.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for adults, even when I share family-friendly ideas. It is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact me so it can be addressed.
